Notes from Community Association for Parke Tempe
1. There are Twelve (12) updated paint schemes. Actual paint colors should be viewed at a Dunn Edwards Paint store prior to making your selection as scanning and computer monitors will not reflect the true paint colors. Please use this document as a reference and view actual color chips at Dunn Edwards. Paint can be purchased elsewhere but must match Dunn Edwards paint formulas. 2. You may repaint your home from the current selection of paint schemes only. 3. You may not paint with the same paint scheme as the homes next to you. 4. Paint colors within schemes are not interchangeable. 5. You must use the fascia paint color to paint the fascia (including eves and any wood trim). 6. Options: Pop-Outs and Garage Door can be painted with the optional color, or Pop-Outs and Garage Door can be painted the house body color. Garage doors may be painted with the Fascia Color (darker color) Front doors can be painted the fascia color or left a natural wood color. Security doors can be painted the fascia color.
