Ultra Spec Masonry Sealer
The coat that makes a chalky stucco wall paintable again.
What it’s for
Most Arizona houses were painted with inexpensive exterior paint, and a few summers in, the sun burns the binder out of it. Rub the wall: if your hand comes away dusty, the old paint is chalk and the new paint has nothing to hold onto.
Masonry Sealer soaks in, locks that chalk down, and gives the topcoat a sound surface. It’s the difference between a repaint that lasts and one that starts chalking again in three years. If the wall rubs clean, skip it — priming sound paint is wasted money.
