Texcrete
A thick, flexible first coat for heavily chalked or cracked older stucco. Always topcoated.
What it’s for
On older stucco — usually fifteen years and up — with hairline cracking or chalking too heavy for a sealer, Texcrete goes on as a thick, flexible first coat that bridges the cracks and locks the surface down.
In Arizona it is never the finish. The sun breaks down a coating like this on its own, so it always gets a topcoat of Regal Select Exterior or Aura Exterior over it.
