Brewster Home Fashions wallpaper, open on the counter.
Brewster runs traditional — stripes, textures, and classic repeats. A-Street Prints is the graphic side of the same house: larger-scale florals, hand-drawn line work, and stronger color. Between the two you can go quiet or graphic without leaving the brand.
Character
What the books are like once they are open.
Brewster has been in wallpaper since 1935, and the books split cleanly into two moods. The Brewster side is the traditional one — stripes, woven textures, classic repeats, the papers that sit behind furniture without competing with it. The A-Street Prints side is where the drawing gets bigger and the color gets louder: oversized florals, hand-drawn line work, patterns meant to be the thing you look at when you walk into the room.
That split is useful when a house needs both. You rarely want the same paper in a hallway and a dining room, and pulling both from one brand keeps the paper weight, the finish, and the ordering timeline consistent across the job. Bring the room dimensions and we'll work out roll counts at the counter, including the extra the pattern repeat costs you — a large repeat wastes more paper per drop than a small one, and that's a number worth knowing before you order rather than after.
Rack
A-Street Prints is Brewster's own line, so both sit on the same rack. Titles within each program rotate through the year.

Hours and directionsOrdering
Special orders are final. That is why the counting and the checking happen with you, not after you.
Borrow the book first. Order second.
Brewster Home Fashions books check out at the counter against a refundable deposit, which comes back when the book does. Take it home, put the paper on the wall it’s meant for, and look at it in the light that room gets. Store lighting and afternoon west sun are not the same light, and a pattern can look different in each.
Most Brewster and A-Street orders arrive in under a week. We check the run number on every roll at the counter before you take it home. Run numbers identify the print batch a roll came from, and rolls from two batches can differ in color enough to leave a visible seam for the life of the wall — so we read them with you before the rolls leave the store. Bring your room dimensions and we’ll work out the roll count together, including the extra the pattern repeat costs on each drop.
We don’t hang paper ourselves. We keep a list of installers we’ve worked with over the years and hand you names at the counter; you hire them directly.
Walls
Screens vary and paint shifts with the light in the room. Pick up a sample before you commit to a wall.
Painting around a Brewster Home Fashions pattern.
Whatever goes on the papered wall, the ceiling, the trim and the other three walls are still paint decisions, and the pattern narrows most of them. These are the colors we start from at the counter.
