Coventry — The Manor

HOA notes: Lots 123-226 (lot # is last 3 digits of APN, found on property tax statement) Body Color: Intended for the stucco body of the house and any stucco pop outs. Alternatively, pop outs may be the trim color in all schemes except Manor lot #13, 14 & 19, where the pop outs must be painted the body color. Curved pop outs must be painted the body color. Trim color: Intended for garage door, garage casing, entry casing and fascia. Accent color: Intended for front doors in Manor, window shutters, wrought iron trim. Fences/Walls: Must be painted Sonoran Gray SP2220. Wrought Iron fence, which tops the low walls on west and north sides of the park must be painted Tempe Bronze.
