The Pop-outs will be painted the same as the Body color. The Garage Doors will be painted the same as the Body color. Pony Walls and Sea Walls will be painted the Community Common Wall color (DE6121 Siamese Kitten). — This will be the only color allowable on wooden eaves and beams. — This will be the only color allowable on Common Walls and Sea Walls. — All wrought iron gates, balcony railings, fencing and all light fixtures will be painted DEA002 Black.
