Common Area walls, fences and gates must be Bison Beige DEC750 or Potato Skin 5354 & must be applied by electrostatic application. — Application is required when selecting a new color scheme for the exterior of your home. Courtyard Gates & Patio Gates must match whatever structure they are attached to. — Application is required when selecting a new color scheme for exterior repaints. Metal areas which are powder coated or electrostatically painted must be touched up or repainted by the same method.
