Cristallo Clear
A water-based acrylic clear coat that protects Sapphire Metallic and other decorative finishes from water, scuffs, household chemicals and fading. Non-yellowing, inside or out, in matte or semi-gloss.
What it's for
Meoded makes Cristallo Clear for Sapphire Metallic first: two coats outside or in busy spots, three where it takes real traffic. It also goes over many other finishes; on anything that isn't Sapphire Metallic, test a small area first.
Brush it with a synthetic brush, roll it with a short-nap varnish roller, or spray it thinned up to 5% with water. Stir it; don't shake it.

- Let the finish dry 24–48 hours first. Dry to the touch in 4–6 hours; recoat after 3.

In Arizona
Meoded builds UV resistance into Cristallo Clear to guard against fading. For that reason, an exterior metallic in Arizona sun is finished with it.
